The team behind S&V
Founded by two civil engineers with roots in both residential construction and commercial fit-out, S&V has grown into a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals including architects, site foremen, finishing specialists and administrative staff. Our people stay with us — the average tenure on our technical team exceeds five years.
Licensed & certified
S&V Construction holds a valid alvará issued by INCI (Instituto dos Mercados Públicos do Imobiliário e da Construção), authorising us to carry out civil construction, structural works, and specialised installations across Portugal.
